In my personal capacity (not as NHNA VP) as someone who owns 3 distinct properties within 3 blocks of Tractor I wholehearted endorse and encourage this expansion of their product offerings.

Tractor has been an indispensable asset to the Nob Hill community offering a venue for rich cultural experiences, a vibrant family friendly community watering hole and a fabulous Tractor for my 2 year old son to ride on!

The staff and crew at Tractor are absolute gems and I have personally witnessed them fastidiously adhering to their drink limits and refusing to serve folks who exhibited even mild signs of intoxication. There is clearly a sophisticated management culture in place within Tractor that has firm community values which prioritizes a safe space over profits from alcohol sales.

Also... their craft cocktails are mighty tasty.

I wish Tractor all the best in their expansion. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Sincerely,

David Garcia

Friends and neighbors,

Because I was slow getting the announcement below out to the email list I secured an extension for input to the CABQ Liquor Hearing Examiner. His office will accept a position from us until 8 am Monday.

In lieu of the full original email I will amend the one sentence:

At noon this Sunday, Oct. 25, NHNA will evaluate input received. When input is neutral or positive we generally don’t develop an association position.  If input suggests strong concerns or directors have strong concerns we will convene the board by zoom at 5 pm that day to explore an association position. We will notify the email list of this special meeting if it becomes necessary and all are welcome.

Thank you for making your voice heard.

Gary Eyster, President Nob Hill NA
