Outdoor City Pools to Reopen Memorial Day Weekend: The City of Albuquerque Parks and Recreation Department announced that all eight of its outdoor pools will officially reopen for recreational swim on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
ABQ BioPark Aquarium is Reopening: After being closed since March 2020, the ABQ BioPark Aquarium reopened, welcoming back New Mexico BioPark Society members on Wednesday, May 5, and the general public on Wednesday, May 12.
The BioPark is Adding Evening Hours!: The Zoo and Botanic Gardens have raised the number of tickets available, increasing daily capacity at each location and are adding evening hours from June through Labor Day
City Golf Courses New Hours!: Courses are now open dawn to dusk on May 31. Please call the course for a tee time.
Tingley Beach is Open!: Tingley Beach is open from sunrise to sunset.
Explora Will Re-open Indoor exhibits on June 1: Explora will safely welcome back visitors in a limited capacity on June 1.
Free Summer Meals for Kids!: Free Grab and Go Meals begins on Tuesday, June 1. Meals will be served at each site from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on first come, first serve basis.
Balloon Museum Will Open Elevation Station on June 26: Elevation Station, a new interactive exhibit, will open on June 26.
