Nob Hill  Friends and Neighbors.

The CABQ Planning Department kicked off a Community Planning Area Assessment of ABQ’s near heights with a Zoom meeting with us in February.

Many of you participated.

Since then they have collected input at https://cpa.abc-zone.com/

and have held several sessions on particular areas of interest.

Your association gathered input from these sessions and from the focus committees that do the work of our association.

At its regular board meeting last week your directors used that input, deliberated, and adopted the association input you see on the attachment.
