| Pet Safety On July 4th Remember that fireworks can be terrifying to your pets on July 4th. Here are some tips for making the holiday more tolerable for your fur babies: - Make sure your pets have ID tags and collars, and that they are microchipped with up-to-date chip information.
- Make certain your yard is secure. Check fences and gates to ensure your furry friends can't escape.
- Leave pets at home. Don't take them to parties or other community events where there will be firework displays.
- Keep them in a cool, quiet room in your home.
