IDO Annual Update 2020

City Council Adopts the IDO 2020 Updates

On Thursday June 17^th, Albuquerque City Council adopted the 2020 Annual Update to the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO). The IDO is the city’s regulatory document governing land development and use of property.

These changes go into effect on July 30, 2021. You can review the changes that were adopted in this Archive Draft of the IDO, with all of the amendments noted in colored text.
