We remain closed (outside of catering) at zinc for multiple reasons and we continue to pay our rent. The primary reason for not being open, however, is because there is a lack of Human Resources at the moment.
The Lobo Theater renovations and concept I believe will be a great addition to the neighborhood. The space was severely under utilized in the past in my opinion.
Parking would be my only broader concern for the western end of nob hill. As a resident of the area I think this is something we can get around but pulling in people from further away may be hard without addressing that perception.
