Robert, Gary Hoffman is the owner of the property at corner of Richmond and Silver . The Neighborhood association filed an appeal with City departments to have the fence Mr Hoffman installed on his property removed even though he acquired proper permits .

Perhaps the board of Nob Hill Neighborhood Association, and president Gary Easter should explain themselves and their position on this matter and include their actions on this forum.
