Thank you, Brian, for reaching out about our concerns at your Tulane store in Nob Hill.

We’re happy that you want to be good neighbors. That’s a great way to build better neighborhoods.

We are pleased that you have accepted our invitation for a dialogue.

I am sharing your response with my public safety committee and the community.

We invite residents south of the store to keep us posted on speed, noise, and traffic from deliveries so we can address these with you as needed.

Kind regards,

Gary,

We received your attached letter today, and we sure do want to be good neighbors.  We're very excited to be a part of this Albuquerque neighborhood and provide the community delicious meals and employment opportunities.  We've invested heavily in remodeling the old run down Arby's into something much more modern and appealing for the neighborhood, and added significant lighting to add to the area's safety and security.

I can assure you we are very strict about your suggested solutions #2 and #3.  We require proof of insurance, run motor vehicle reports regularly, and have a comprehensive driver training program.  In fact, our driver standards are so that it's harder to get a job for us than the Albuquerque PD!

I am sharing your suggested solution #1 with our team, and will ask them to remain cognizant of it as it makes sense.

All the best,
