Good evening neighbors,

The Nob Hill Neighborhood Association (NHNA) Board of Directors had received several comments regarding speeding and dangerous driving by Domino's Pizza delivery drivers earlier this year, especially from our neighbors living south of Central. NHNA sent a letter to the owner of the Nob Hill Domino's asking to ensure the drivers are insured, that they be required to not speed, and asking that they avoid using residential streets to Lead and Coal (other than Carlisle and Girard) unless delivering within the neighborhood.

The owner has responded to us that he desires to be a good neighbor in our community, that he requires the drivers to be insured, and that he requires drivers to drive safely and not speed. The owner also said he may consider limiting driving through residential streets. We are encouraged that we have received a positive response thus far.

We are now in need of you to inform us if you have noticed improvements in the driving of Domino's employees. If you are still experiencing issues, we would like to know as well. This will allow us to continue the conversation until these issues are resolved. Thank you for your assistance!

Viva Nob Hill!

Your neighbor,
Mark
