This is so sad, esp for those who cared for the deceased, and the possibly addicted driver.
To my observation speeding on Coal went down after it went to 2 lanes.
But the destruction of once beloved Central Ave by ART followed by the collective
grief, illness and insanity surrounding COVID has increased speeding, angry and violent driving.
Please be careful and kind as you walk the ‘hood.
