Hello Albuquerque Community Members & Providers, The City of Albuquerque and the Bernalillo County recently conducted a continuum of care system gap analysis on current and needed services for behavioral health and housing. The work of the assessment included convening community partners and city stakeholders across Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, surveying residents to learn more about the key issues facing the health and safety of communities, and synthesizing these survey findings to shape the themes of the assessment. Now the City, and County, and have joined together to develop a joint strategic plan to direct the development of services and support of our community.
