Learning how to manage conflict and channel its energy in a positive way creates success for all parties involved in the conflict. Four types of conflict will be identified in the training: personal; subject or issue; procedural; and competitive. This 2-hour training session will include handouts for attendees and the opportunity to join the panel and ask questions.
