I would like to lend my voice in support of this business and liquor license application.  I live up the street and am excited to be able to walk to these kinds of establishments. I am also thankful that they've selected Nob Hill out of their many options.

Thank you,

Nicole

Regarding the liquor license application for 3619 Copper Ave. Back in August of 2021 the business owner hired Consensus Planning and they held a meeting(s) with NHNA for the Conditional Use Approval for this property. This was required because a tap house is not permissive in the MX-T zoning for the property. I believe the Conditional Use was approved by the city. At that time the NHNA generated a letter documenting the agreements between the neighbors and the business for items of concern like amplified music, parking, etc.

Would it be appropriate to send this letter to the liquor license board stating that it is expected that the terms will be adhered to?

-Bill

PS: At the time the subject was called "Tap house on Hermosa" so there might not be obvious that this is the same property.

Just wondering how many bars and restaurants this makes in Nob Hill. I sure wish we had that many brick and mortar retail stores owned by locals. I miss those days ?
