| Water Utility Authority Encourages Residents to "Cool It, Can It, Chuck It" This Holiday Weekend
Labor Day Weekend is just around the corner and many of us will enjoy it by barbecuing, grilling, or otherwise cooking up some big meals. If this is your plan, remember that pouring any leftover grease, fats or oils down your sink drains can cause major clogging and backups. The best way to get rid of those extra oils is to cool them down, pour them into a can, and discard. In other words, COOL IT, CAN IT, CHUCK IT!
