I also wish to go on record as opposed to zoning exceptions allowing even more cannabis stores in Nob Hill. In fact, I think 600’ should be expanded to a minimum of 1,000’.

The NHNA will use the feedback at the meeting as the basis for a position on the zoning request.

In particular, their request is for a "conditional use to operate an on-site cannabis consumption area on the premises of a licensed and permitted cannabis retail establishment." (This is from their application, attached.) In the correspondence to set up the meeting, the city states:  "The applicant is requesting a conditional use to allow cannabis retail within 600 feet of another cannabis retail." We hope to clarify these statements at the meeting.
