“Rest In Red” is a program for reducing traffic speeds on Lead and Coal. It has been operational since March. The City of Albuquerque will make a short presentation on initial observations and results at the District 6 Coalition meeting on July 18th. Rest In Red is one of several methods being pursued to achieve a safer Lead-Coal corridor. The NHNA continues to work with the City on these proposals through the Lead-Coal Working Group.
