NEW BUSINESS: Special membership meeting January 18th or 23rd, but open to suggestions. Constraint: updated bylaws sent to ONC by Friday, Jan 26th.

NHNA positions on IDO amendments for input to the EPC

Purpose: to honor and coordinate with APD, present NHNA program for 2024, modify bylaws slightly to satisfy Office of Neighborhood Coordination

Need a quorum of 20 members present
