I voice my opinion about ads but maybe what people don't realize is that the ads defray the cost of printing the newsletter. Having that many newsletters  printed for us Nob Hill neighbors gets expensive

By that logic, the newsletter shouldn’t accept any advertising at all. All businesses make their locations obvious. And anyone can walk into any kind of business.
