Our association has not had an update from the developer or their agent, Consensus Planning, for about a year. Neighbor Rahim saw your email and told me he is acquainted with the project architect who says the concept has not changed from the apartments we heard about originally. The next meeting of your board of directors is July 2 at 6:30 pm at Monte Vista Christian Church. We’ve reached out to Consensus asking for an update from them or the developer at that time.
Michael expressed concern about people tearing down old pueblo homes and building whatever they want; also asking if we need restrictions on what can be done with a property. I plan to add an item on the agenda for that question. I am addressing it with your board and will send that agenda to the email list tomorrow.
I’m also adding an item about social media.
I appreciate you referring to your neighborhood leaders as good people. I serve with 7 other directors and I agree they are good people. I also agree we can always use help. The more who help the more we can accomplish. I hope folks will come out July 2 and weigh in on these questions and offer their help.
