I am generally laissez faire regarding new business in Nob Hill but feel that we are reaching a saturation point with liquor establishments. Also the Library connection gives me pause. I oppose the transfer of location of the inter-local dispenser liquor license to 3101 and 3108 Central ave. N.E and 102 Richmond Dr. N.E.
