On behalf of City Councilor Nichole Rogers (D-6), we would like to make you aware of City roadwork happening along San Mateo Blvd that will likely affect your commute. Please feel free to share with family, friends and neighbors.

Project Description

This project comprises rehabilitation of San Mateo Boulevard from Kathryn to Gibson. Work will include removal, disposal and replacement of and to be selected concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, ADA ramps installation, traffic controls, and cold milling/asphalt concrete resurfacing of asphalt surfaced pavement and of Portland cement concrete pavement. Construction Work will be as directed by the City of Albuquerque Department of Municipal Development Street (DMD) Maintenance Division Construction Inspection Section.

Project Schedule

• Work Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM
• Saw-cutting to begin on: 9/23/24
• Construction begins 9/23/24
• Estimated Completion on or before 11/20/24
• Estimated number of calendar days to completion construction: 60
