I've no idea what's in store for the property ~
Just want to chime in that if this was the Master Cleaners, it was my understanding that they didn't use the usual toxic mix. They had a more environmentally friendly concoction ~ that's why I used their services :)

Anyone know what's in the future for that place? I've assumed that there's a ton of hazardous materials that cost more to abate than the building is worth.
