I've been wondering why the pass-through sidewalks in the median are still blocked and "closed". This answers it :).

I've also been wanting to send a big shout-out KUDOS! to the people who included though pass-through sidewalks in the medians at Marquette and (um, the next crossing to the south).

It is SO WONDERFUL to have a spot to wait, as it has been challenging to accurately see and assess the traffic from both directions at those points. This feels much safer :).

We are all  wondering when the Monte Vista Median Blvd will be completed.  Well, we are almost there. My City contact says the hold up is lane stripping. The project needs a second and final stripping. The stripping company has a few more jobs before they complete the Monte Vista median.

The other great news is the landscaping company is waiting for the median job to be completed.

They were are site last week reviewing  the plans. And see the plans attached.
