Good afternoon,
We will be presenting an event on Friday, October 4th, Ghouls on Parade: Halloween Festival & Parade. The event will take place at Morningside Park in Nob Hill from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
There will be amplified sound and road closures in the area between Washington and Morningside, Central, and Lead during this time.
