Good morning Nob Hill Neighbors,

My name is Jasmine, me and my family live down on Solano Dr near Copper.

Last evening, I took the car out with my baby and her grandma out to go grocery shopping. We went north on Solano, and as we turned left onto Grand, we encountered a man on the left hand side who suddenly decided to throw his skateboard at my head and smashed the drivers window for no clear reason other than he saw me and decided to target. We were extremely fortunate no one was hurt but it could have left a fatality or an injury for sure to myself, our baby or grandma.

We don’t have a dash cam and would like to collect evidence of his appearance from any neighbor cameras if at all possible.

Even if you were out and about and saw him, and remember what he looked like, any details, I’d appreciate your contact info very much.

Time: ~6:20 pm
Clothes: Grey hoodie, grey sweats, royal blue accessory (hat perhaps), skateboard. It happened so fast but that’s the best that I remember. We think the bottom of the skateboard was green since I saw a bright green flash by my head when it shattered. Dark skin. Average height. Dark hair, medium or thin build.  He must have been reasonably fit to run that fast and fairly strong in order to throw the skateboard so quickly and so hard within only a few seconds of seeing our car approach and pass him.

Route taken: after attacking us on Grand/ Solano, he ran past my car and turned left on Solano, running north to Lomas. We tried to follow to take a picture, but due to trying to simultaneously call police, inquire the walking people where he went, and being in a partial state of shock we failed. He crossed Lomas and took a right on Mesa Verde. At that point we could no longer view where he went.

I’ve attached a picture of his known route, so if you know someone or have a camera that may have glimpsed him, please contact me right away as I am currently putting together the evidence package for police and any photos or footage would be very helpful.

We appreciate your prayers as well.

Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Jasmine and family
