Friends and Neighbors, 

Your neighborhood association held its 9th annual drawing honoring David Kammer, Nob Hilleño and architectural historian, who was instrumental in listing of the 1926 Monte Vista and College View Historic District in the New Mexico and National Registers of Historic Places.   

The two houses drawn are:

508 Carlisle Blvd NE, built in 1936

and

432 Aliso Dr NE, built in 1942 

If you own one of these houses please reply. We will start the research on your house and work with you to develop a citation for your plaque. 

When we order the plaques about December 1, we can also order for any property owner who wishes to purchase their own plaque. The vendor says they will hold the price at $410 each for this order. We don’t know what they’ll do going forward. 

When the plaques arrive, we are happy to help you mount your plaque if you like.
