Thanks to Chris Conrad for keeping us up to date on the guy who has been physically and verbally assaulting people in our neighborhood. I have lived in the area of the attacks since the early 90s, and there has never been a time where I have feared to go out
to walk my dog—until now. The brutal physical assault on someone out for their morning run really has me rattled. I feel so bad for what Natalie has endured and for others in the neighborhood have experienced. The information provided is valuable and I hope
that it leads to a long-term resolution.
There is a less urgent issue to be aware of. I just spoke to the letter carrier for our area since I haven't gotten any mail since last Weds. He informed me that the 200 block of Aliso NE is not having their mail or packages delivered due to a "dog issue."
If you are missing your mail, you'll need to pick it up at the Uptown station on Alvarado. I haven't seen any loose dogs in the area, so I'm unsure what the issue is. If it is your dog that is the problem for the carrier, please try to find a quick solution
so we can return to receiving regular mail service. Thank you.
Christine
