Hello:

Just today I noticed a sign in the vacant lot just south of the apartment complex on Aliso and Central for a “Vacation of Public Right of Way”.  Regrettably, I’m too late for public comment as the hearing was scheduled for October 29th, and public comment closed yesterday.  Does anyone know what this is about?

And, in case this has been discussed on the e-mail list, I regret not having paid attention.
