All,
My manager at Satellite Coffee across from UNM saw the photos on Next Door and reminded me that this young man, earlier this year, entered our café screaming at customers, throwing furniture at them and terrifying everyone. The police did arrive, too late of course – he had already left the premises. My understanding is that he has previous arrests, and his identity has been confirmed. I wonder how badly he must hurt someone, or damage property to be taken off the streets?

Hello,
Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I am so sorry that this happened. I was able to get some updates from Commander Del Greco, who is actively working with our Detectives to ensure we can build a good case in hopes of making sure the DA can hold him.
We know how frustrating it is to not see an immediate arrest, and we need everyone in Nob Hill to call 911 when we see this individual causing harm in our neighborhoods.
I will stay updated and will be reaching out to Nob Hill Main street for help talking to all of our businesses to be on the look out and to report any incidents even if they happened in the past.
With gratitude,

Chris, Nob Hill Neighborhood association Board and fellow neighbors, It's becoming quite apparent that there is a real need for a more visible, pro active police presence in our neighborhood to curtail this type of horrible criminal activity.
Chris, Nob Hill Neighborhood association Board and fellow neighbors,
It's becoming quite apparent that there is a real need for a more visible, pro active police presence in our neighborhood to curtail this type of horrible criminal activity.
Ive ccd. Councilor Rogers on this email correspondence and I encourage all of our neighbors to reach out to her as well and ask her to help.
She has been able to secure additional law enforcement resources for the International District area of her council district and so perhaps she can do the same for Nob Hill.
Her email address is:
I'd also encourage all of our neighbors to participate in the Nob Hill/University Area ECHO monthly meetings in person or via zoom and help identify the areas we need to have addressed by our public safety officials.

Subject: [Neighbors] Friday November 14th Aggravated Assault at Aliso and Copper
Hello Nob Hill Neighbors!
My name is Chris Conard. I recently moved into the Nob Hill neighborhood with my partner Natalie in Henri's old house on Solano. We have been working over the past few months to restore and renovate the house and so far we have felt very welcomed into the neighborhood- until Friday morning when my partner Natalie was attacked on her morning run at approx 7:06 AM on Aliso right off of Copper.
The suspect is a 5'7-5'10", young black man with a goatee. He wears camo, beanies, and rides a black bike with white trim on the front and a bike rack attached to the back. See attached photos and videos (from Hotel Zazz cameras at Copper and Solano). He yelled at my partner "Come Suck this black C***" right before chasing her on his bike and assaulting her.
My partner sustained some severe injuries requiring 8 staples in her head, stitches, bruising, and busted lips. She is safe and ok- but traumatized by the event.
Upon further investigation, I was made aware of an incident that happened to a fellow Nob Hill neighbor on October 16th at approx 6p at Grand and Solano where the suspect threw his skateboard at the victim's car- where two women and a toddler were inside, shattering the driver side window. The man involved in this incident appears to match the photos and videos we have from immediately before Natalie's assault. Please see attached video of the skateboard assault on the car.
A third, possibly related event occurred just last Thursday morning on November 13th, where a man of similar description, on his bike, teased and revealed himself to another one of our neighbors on Marquette and Hermosa.
If you have any information, or spot this man, please call the police and contact me personally- 512 296 0649. I work from home and will move mountains to identify and capture this attacker of innocent women in the neighborhood. I will not stand idly by while our neighborhood is being attacked and terrorized. We need to find this man and remove him from the streets.
Thanks for your help in identifying and bringing this man to justice.
