Please respond to this survey on Lead and Coal safety options. The survey results will play a significant role in determining the action taken by the city to improve safety along the Lead and Coal corridor. Please carefully consider each option and choose the one you support. The survey deadline is December 31.

This is the survey I referred to at the NHNA Annual Meeting in September. From the wording of the email the survey has been open for a while, but this is the first time I had gotten access to it and the NHNA (nor any of its directors) have not been contacted about it despite our inquiries.
