Good News!  The Church is donating the building to the State of New Mexico. Hopefully we can get some kind of community space but at the very least the building will be preserved, and not up to the whim of a private owner.  Here is their statement:

Saw the playground structure being dismantled yesterday.  It was removed because there was a small fire ignited on the wooden playground equipment by homeless individuals at night who like to sleep in the playground.  Needless also in the area.

Has anyone news of Immanuel Presbyterian Church? The church in past years
has been a bustle of activity. this year has been strangely subdued and the playground adjacent to hmit had the playstructure removed completely.
