Albuquerque Painted

The Assistance League of Albuquerque is hosting a one day pop-up art sale to feature artist Chuck Gibbons. Over 20 pieces of original art showcasing urban and contemporary settings in the Nob Hill, Central Avenue area, UNM, and Downtown Albuquerque will be featured, and is perfect this time of year for celebrating the Route 66 100th anniversary. Canvases are appropriate décor for commercial buildings, hotels/motels, restaurants, and including your home.

 

Chuck Gibbon’s visual art is focused on Albuquerque's beautiful settings, diverse architectures, evolving character, and unique places. He holds a PhD in engineering, with a long career span in Albuquerque and studied art and art history at UNM. His work has garnered a number of awards and placements in galleries and books. All proceeds from this sale will benefit Assistance League of Albuquerque’s nine philanthropic programs.
