The license needs to be transferred to the new owner, which they are calling Nob Hill Service Co. LLC. They have not selected a restauranteur yet so there is no operator, menu, etc.
At 5 pm on May 10 your board of directors will evaluate community input. Neighbor input is crucial. When input is neutral or positive, we generally don’t develop an association position. If input suggests strong concerns or directors have strong concerns, we will express them to the hearing officer.
