CONSTRUCTION NOTIFICATION

SEWER REPAIRS HAVE BEGUN IN ALLEYWAY BETWEEN GIRARD AND DARMOUTH—ALLEY CLOSED

Crews have closed the alley between Girard Boulevard SE and Dartmouth Drive SE south of Silver Avenue SE (see map) for an emergency sewer repair project. The alley will be closed for the duration of the project.

The target completion date is August 28, but as with all construction projects this timetable is subject to change. Regular work hours will be Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Crews may work outside of these hours if necessary. (All work is weather permitting and subject to change without notice)

How will this improvement project impact you?

1. There may be delays accessing the alley for residents. If you have any questions or concerns about access, please talk with the construction crew on site or one of the contacts listed below.

2. It is not expected that water or sewer service will be interrupted during the project.
