"Dear Neighbors,

In case you are not aware, the parking procedures for the parking lots in front of and behind the Nob Hill Shopping Center have recently changed.  Parking is free from 6am to 11am.  After that the charge is $4 per hour.  No more “free first hour”.  Both the La Montanita Co-op and Organic Bookstore are seeking your feedback.  Both have forms you can fill out and turn in with your opinion of this change.  It’s my understanding that our opinions will be presented at a meeting with the entity that purchased the shopping center.
