-Hello Gary,

Please see the update from our Aviation team below. I'm told that the air traffic is currently very similar to data from past years and there has not been a significant increase, nor is there any construction of flight path changes happening now.

How to File a Complaint
You can report loud aircraft and file noise complaints in Albuquerque directly through the Albuquerque Sunport Noise Hotline or the online tracking system ABQ Sun port Flight Tracking & Noise Complaint System.

• Phone Hotline: Call (505) 842-2007 to record your noise complaint with the Albuquerque Sunport.

Update from Aviation, please see attached data from flight tracker:
" We looked at some historical flight tracks and compared them with present day, see attached. The first flight track is from 10/6/2023 compared to 10/5/2026. The flight tracks from 3 years ago are rather similar with the present-day tracks containing just a few extra flights. Also, 03/21 and 08/26 are both being utilized at the moment.

As for now we don’t have any scheduled closures. This week will have impacts with Balloon fiesta but otherwise nothing on our end affecting air traffic.  Any closures that are upcoming should be daily closures. If you need more information please let me know. "

With gratitude,

Angelica Archuleta-Romero (she/her)

Subject: [Neighbors] Planes flying low over Nob Hill

Does anyone know when commercial planes will stop flying over Nob Hill?  I realize we live by an airport, and that sometimes they have to close the runway that is typically used, which means they are routed over our neighborhood.  I have tried to be patient, but it has been several months now of these low and loud flights right overhead. Any updates would be appreciated.
