[NMCCSC] Crest Hiway Triangle Update

Greetings, !Possibly-Still-Optimistic Skiers!!

This relates to our many trips up the Crest Rd for skiing.  Sam Beard just
sent out a report from today's work with FOSM.  The long-awaited, and
much-discussed improvement  of the 'Triangle junction' of NM14, Crest Hwy
NM 165, and Frost Rd has begun- as a roundabout.  Due to community, and
FOSM concern, the 'Triangle sign' made by the late Ross Ward of Tinkertown,
has been moved and stored for later installation at the site.  Just a
little fyi for us.  Don't put those slats away!(?)  BetG
