Michael McDonald and I skiied the service road from Ellis trailhead. The snow was superb! Hard packed, no ice. The side trails looked groomed. The road was slippery in spots but had been plowed and was not difficult to drive. It was a gorgeous day, no jacket and only glove liners! We're going back tomorrow.
