I apologize to all of you who have already responded to my last email asking if you planned to attend our club picnic on September 12^th.  But some of you who plan to attend may not yet have responded so we do not know how much and what kind of food to buy.  So, if you plan to attend the picnic, and we hope you all do, please let me know no later than and preferably earlier than Wednesday, September 8^th, if you want a hamburger, hot dog or veggie burger and how many of each.  Remember they are free but please bring a side to share and an adult beverage if you wish.

Again, our annual used-to-be-in-the summer-but-is-now-in-September picnic is going to be held on Sunday September 12, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the same venue we used last year- the Locust site in the Oak Flats picnic ground on South Highway 14 in the Manzano Mountains. Good food and good times as always.

We have had a lot of members volunteer to help but we still need one more gas grill, please. If transportation of the grill is a problem contact me.

We are asking everyone to wear an appropriate mask except when eating and we will provide hand sanitizers and wipes.
