Members,
It's not too late! Our Leadville trip deadline is fast approaching! Come join us for a fabulous ski weekend in snowy Leadville, CO. This car trip leaves Friday, February 4th, and will return Monday, February 7th. The cost is only $141 per person, double occupancy for the three days. The deadline for submitting your application and check is next Friday, February 14th. Here are the details:
- Stay - Silver King Inn and Suites, Leadville, CO,
check in Friday 2/4/22 and check out 2/7/22.
- Cost - $141 per person, double occupancy. This is a
10% discount off the regular room price and includes snacks and drinks for
our après ski meetings each afternoon.
- How to sign up - To save time, I am enclosing the application in this email. Please, let me know your interest, whether you have or need a roommate and whether need or are willing to carpool, as I am coordinating this effort. Email me (not the egroup)

- Covid precautions - We will be in close quarters
indoors and in cars, so the club is requiring all participants to
be fully vaccinated including a booster shot. Additionally, we
will be requiring a negative Covid test just prior to the trip. Here is
the NMDOH website to get more information: https://cvprovider.nmhealth.org/directory.html. Additionally, NMDOH is partnering with
Vault Medical Services to provide free at home saliva tests to all New
Mexicans. Here is this website: https://learn.vaulthealth.com/nm/. Make sure to allow enough time to receive your
results before the trip.

The best snow in Colorado frequently in the
Leadville area and there are many cross-country trails for any ability level
including one right outside the hotel. Additionally, the downhill areas,
Cooper Mountain (15 minutes) and Copper Mountain (1/2 hour) are close
by. So come on, join the fun!
