At 8:30am: Crest Road was open, so far as the digital hwy safety sign said at the intersection of HWY 14 and Crest Rd.
I didn't go up Crest Road; I drive through that intersection on my way to work in ABQ.
Wow! Report of 9-inches at Sandia Peak--- wish I could've driven on up...

As of 8:30am, we had about 3 to 4-inches on the roof of the car. Location: near Frost Rd., about 3.5-miles East of the Shell station at HWY 14 and Crest Rd.

Can't wait to XC in the Sandies !!

I live a couple of miles from Oak Flat. There doesn't appear (at my house) to be enough snow here yet to protect your skis from rocks.

I understand from the folks at the tram there is 9 inches of new snow up top. The tram is running today.
