Hello All,

Our annual picnic is coming right up so mark your calendars.  Our picnic this year will be on Sunday, September 25th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. We are using the same venue we have used the last few years- the Oak Flats picnic grounds on South Highway 14 in the Manzano Mountains.  And as always, the club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and non-alcoholic beverages. I will send out another email as the date approaches to get an idea of how many of you plan to attend, how many hamburgers and hot dogs you want us to buy, what side dishes you might want to bring, and I will, as always, be asking for volunteers to help set up, clean up, cook and brings grills. . 

But for now, all you have to start planning ahead to September and remembering how nice it is to get together at our annual picnic.
