There’s *snow* out there, and more coming right away!  Such good things- Harry Gates hut trip, Avi Awareness, Tele instruction, Canada- see the Calendar on the new website, ski.nmccskiclub.org.  Lots of great skiing- Jemez, Sandias, Santa Fe, Chama, gads Colorado!  Come to the February 9th General Club meeting, 7-9pm at the Albuq Garden Center, 10120 Lomas NE, west of Eubank.  Rob Suminsby will be doing our presentation- about his backcountry ski adventure on the Haute Route, between Mt Blanc in France to the Matterhorn in Switzerland.  Come and hear from Rob all about this amazing trip!  Maybe some gear for sale will show up!  Come and enjoy some goodies, and good people.  (btw- Board positions are opening for next season- Newsletter(bye Amy…), VP(bye Marlene), and Social Media- FB, Meetup.  See Newsletter for descriptions.  Please consider joining this good and cohesive group of folks!)  Hey, keep those slats ready!       Bet Gendron
