A best Sandias ski day in 5… 10 years? I can’t remember the last time lower Challenge was covered that good. Instead of my normal grind up the ski are, skinned up Challenge to get out of the wind. Lapped some great aspen alleys before summiting at the Kiwanis hut and then down. 2500’ of powder and 8 miles of fun.
