No more reminders.  This is it. Our annual picnic is going to be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  We are using the same venue we used in years past- the Locust site in the Oak Flats picnic ground on South Highway 337 in the Manzano Mountains.  And as always, the club will provide hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and non-alcoholic beverages, so we have shopping to do, but before we can do that, we need to know how many of you are coming. Please let me know if you are planning to attend and if you want a hamburger, hot dog or veggie burger and how many of each.  Remember they are free but please bring a side to share and an adult beverage if you wish.

Also please let me know if you can help with the shopping, setting up, greeting people, BBQing and/or cleaning up, and we also need one more gas grill.  If transportation of the grill is a problem contact me.

I am looking forward to seeing you at the picnic.
