Good Morning Everyone,

 

At 7 AM I sent messages to Carl Housman, who plows the Crest Highway lots, and Eugene, the plow truck driver for NM DOT.  I heard back from Carl, who informed me that he was not able to plow the lots as the equipment that he normally uses was not up to the task.  He will be bringing in tractors today/this evening and plans on having the lots cleared by the tomorrow morning.  I have not heard back from Eugene.  I suspect he is up on the road in a poor coverage area, or home sleeping after a long night.  I will forward the information I hear from him when he responds to my message...

 

I would not recommend heading up on the road today, as there will not be anywhere to park, and at this point the conditions are still uncertain.  The tram is running as far as I know.

 

We will be up today working to get the Sandia Nordic trails in shape.
