Hi Everyone,
I attempted to drive up the Crest Highway last hour and found the road to be closed about a mile up from Route 14. I just called Eugene the NM DOT plow truck driver and he informed me that they are working on higher priority roads in their District and will likely not be getting to the Crest Road until Tomorrow (Wednesday). I will check in with him first thing tomorrow morning to get an update and send another communication at that time.
Our current plans for grooming are to roll and compact the trails on Thursday. I will also confirm this tomorrow once we have a better feel for the road conditions.
Looking forward to seeing you up on the mountain (once we can get there)...!
