Antarctic trip sale/ticket transfer announcement on behalf of an acquaintance’s friend/family who has had to cancel their trip due to a sudden and grave illness diagnosis for a family member.
During my visit to the Kansas City area to visit family this week, I learned about the family Nadler’s unfortunate life-changing circumstance. I offered the family this announcement to the xc ski clubs recalling that there had been a presentation to the New Mexico XC ski club about a trip to Antarctica. And, perhaps some interest piqued?
In case there is someone out there who can… I hope I’m capturing the highlights below.
The family seeks to recover costs of their cancelled trip via resell/transfer tickets to someone (up to three people):
1) who can afford it— many thousands of dollars; there’s at most three tickets available. I think it was a cabin for four, and there are up to three tickets available. Pretty sure the family is willing to work on discounting the price within reason with interested persons.*
2) can meet the schedule of December 5-17*
3) can also, in addition, secure and pay for their flights down to South America.*
