Ooof, Xplore binding isn't on sale now, but seems like they put stuff on sale every couple of weeks. So keep checking their website.

I think Varuste shipping charges are reasonable. FedEx US$22 for a pair of skis.
Also, from Varuste, If you buy ski + binding, they'll mount the binding before shipping to you.
