Folks-  The Crested Butte car trip was a rousing success!  It's always fun on a David-trip- he does a lot of research on trails, provides an enormous amount of supplies, leads fun & informative organizational/trip-report meetings. 

41 people!  Many new-to-Club, many with deep experience.  It was fun to make new friends!  David's upbeat, optimistic attitude sets the tone for the whole experience.  Hey, check out the Club's updated Facebook site, NM Cross-country Ski Club Group, there are lots of fun postings! 

CB offers such a variety of skiing opportunities- backcountry, Nordic, skating, lessons, and downhill.  There wasn't loads of snow but we used every bit of it.  So thanks to David and his team for putting on a wonderful trip!  (See pic- ancient Washington Gulch cabin, Steve, chilly day)
